END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Effective Date: July 30, 2025
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the
independent developer of the Depthroom iOS application, Nathaniel ("Developer," "I," or "me"), regarding your use of the
Depthroom mobile application ("App") and any associated services.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE APP.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on
any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
2. In-App Subscriptions
Depthroom offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions:
Monthly Subscription: Renews every month.
Yearly Subscription: Renews every year (may include a discounted rate).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if available) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
No refunds or credits are issued for unused time unless required by law.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App;
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Infringe upon the rights of others;
Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, features, and functionality of the App—including text, graphics, logos, and software
are owned by me or my licensors and protected under intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted
are reserved.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy, available at: [Insert Privacy Policy URL]. By using the App,
you agree to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." I make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s
performance, reliability, or suitability for your needs, and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Termination
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if I believe you
have violated this Agreement or applicable laws.
9. Changes to this Agreement
I may update this Agreement from time to time. If I do, the updated version will be posted in the App or made
available through an appropriate channel. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance
of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country],
without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Apple Terms
This Agreement is solely between you and me, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and request a refund (if applicable),
but Apple has no further warranty obligations or responsibilities related to the App.
